Mr. Javed Lakhani, established Lakhani Consultants in the year 1990. He passed his Civil Engineering in the year 1981 & started his career with the well known construction firm M/s. Shapoorji Palonji & Co.

To fulfil the wishes of his father, he broke the family tradition of studying law & ventured into Civil Engineering, working tirelessly in the realm of architecture, construction, building repair & interior designing for the past 30 years. His passion in all fields of work is evident from the numerous awards & accolades he has won for the same and countless testimonials from satisfied clients. His unconventional method of working and out of the box thought process has enabled him to resolve many a technical challenges and satisfy specific needs presented by clients. Even after so many years he still maintains the same enthusiasm for his work and always puts clients needs before everything else.

He is registered with the MCGM & TMC as Licensed Surveyor / Structural Engineer. Besides this, he is a member of the following prestigious institutions :
